Republican Strategist Larissa Martinez Joins Invariant

(Washington, DC -- July 19, 2017) Seasoned Republican strategist Larissa Martinez joins leading government relations firm Invariant. She brings wide-ranging expertise on policy, communications strategy, political engagement, and operations to a growing bipartisan team dedicated to providing unparalleled strategic advice and client service.

Martinez served on President Donald Trump’s transition team, advancing communications and third-party outreach in support of the President’s Cabinet nominations.

Martinez served as executive director and senior advisor to Senator Deb Fischer (R-NE), developing strategic policy initiatives and overseeing day-to-day operations. She managed the Senator’s Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee portfolio, along with judiciary, health care, and labor issues. In addition, Martinez served as the Senator’s political director after her time as deputy campaign manager in 2012. She also worked for then-Senator Chuck Hagel (R-NE), focusing on immigration, labor, and homeland security issues, as well as for Senator Johnny Isakson (R-GA) and Representative Nathan Deal (R-GA). Her campaign experience includes director of operations for Carly for President 2016 and the Meg Whitman for Governor 2010 and Mike Johanns for U.S. Senate 2008 campaigns.

Martinez serves as the co-founder/executive director of RightNOW, a national network that engages women in center-right politics. She earned a master’s degree from the University of Southern California and graduated from the University of Georgia.
