Annie Palisi co-chairs Invariant’s appropriations, defense, and homeland security practice group, bringing more than a decade of public policy and political campaign experience to her role. Annie leverages her extensive network on Capitol Hill and within the current Administration to yield meaningful results on behalf of Invariant’s clients and succeed in the most difficult situations.
She specializes in working with startups and corporations focused in regulated markets to develop and deploy strategic engagement efforts that create value. Annie interprets Washington for newcomers and translates clients’ priorities into policy wins. She cuts through the noise on Capitol Hill to identify actionable intelligence, and she has delivered crucial changes to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and secured significant appropriations funding for innovative technologies.
As senior leadership staff to former Speaker John Boehner (R-OH), Annie worked closely with the Republican Conference to advance legislative priorities. She was also chief of staff to a member of the House Ways and Means Committee and worked for the Bush-Cheney reelection campaign, the Republican National Committee, and in Iraq with the International Republican Institute.
