Eric Rosen leads Invariant’s technology practice, bringing more than 25 years of public policy and government affairs expertise to Invariant’s clients. His experience on both sides of the consultant-client relationship provides a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing our clients.
Eric guides clients on how best to leverage their grassroots footprint, spark congressional engagement with regulators, and play the long game. The common thread throughout his career is a focus on issues such as intellectual property, antitrust enforcement, cyber security, homeland security, and others. His experience leading a Fortune 500 global advocacy team and in both chambers of Congress, at the Department of Justice, and Treasury as well as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in San Francisco give him the background and perspective to innovate solutions for blue-chip companies and Silicon Valley startups alike.
Eric holds a Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.
