Kim Miller is an analyst serving Invariant’s technology clients. She produces detailed research and analysis on tech policy, cybersecurity, and privacy. Kim also provides operational and logistical support to clients.
Prior to joining Invariant, Kim was a policy fellow at the Electronic Privacy Information Center where she focused on privacy and security issues in self-driving cars, Internet of Things devices, and online privacy. Kim was also a student attorney in the communications and technology section at Georgetown’s Institute for Public Representation where she worked on political broadcasting and municipal broadband issues.
Kim received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Hartford and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Maryland bars.
