Alaya Hardy works with Invariant's strategic communications and public affairs team. She supports Invariant’s clients by monitoring news coverage, tracking social media analytics, and providing research and analysis on topics at the forefront of the news cycle.

Prior to working at Invariant, Alaya was a consultant for a social impact and public affairs firm where she brought creative problem-solving skills and vision to client activations, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement. She began her career as an educator in Baltimore City as a Teach for America Corps Member.

Alaya is a graduate of DePauw University and earned her master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University.
