Elyse Davidson is part of Invariant’s people function. She supports all aspects of the employee experience, including recruitment; onboarding; employee engagement; culture building; talent development; and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Prior to joining Invariant, Elyse helped build a foundation in human resources (HR) at Charles Taylor, delivering high-quality HR services to a wide range of product lines throughout the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Elyse is a graduate of Kenyon College.
