Joe Bushong is a lawyer and policy expert with over a decade of experience in the House and Senate, where he worked to shape every major piece of appropriations and infrastructure legislation. Joe counsels clients on the annual appropriations process and implementation of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, as well as reauthorization of the Federal Aviation Administration and the biennial Water Resources Development Act. Joe served as chief advisor for appropriations and infrastructure to Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-IL). He also worked as deputy chief and legislative director for Representative Mike Quigley (D-IL).
