Global communications and business strategist Kris Coratti Kelly oversees Invariant’s brand strategy and executive engagement platform, helping clients build narrative platforms that resonate with their audiences and drive business. Leveraging more than two decades of experience as a senior marketing and communications leader, Kris has an established track record of assembling high-performance, high-impact teams to execute brand strategies and scale global communications.

Before joining Invariant, Kris served as CNN's executive vice president and global head of communications and marketing. At CNN, Kris focused on redefining the network’s worldwide mission, vision, and strategy. Before that, she served as Chief Communications Officer at the Washington Post, where she played a pivotal role in national and global expansion, growing audience engagement, and building brand affinity. She also helmed Washington Post Live, more than doubling programming and revenue between 2020 and 2021.
