Madison Baker supports Invariant's judiciary and commerce clients. She tracks legislation and rulemakings on topics ranging from data privacy and artificial intelligence to antitrust and online platform liability. She provides research and analysis and coordinates congressional and Administration engagement.

Before joining Invariant, Madison served in Senator Jon Ossoff’s (D-GA) office, where she conducted research, composed hearing memos, created briefings, and contributed to legislative materials.

Madison is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
