A seasoned navigator of Capitol Hill’s everchanging dynamics, Max Whitcomb draws from a decade of legislative and oversight experience in Congress to drive successful strategies for Invariant’s energy and environment clients.

Prior to joining Invariant, Max worked as a senior advisor to the House Committee on Oversight and Reform. In this position, he worked at the forefront of pressing issues, such as the energy transition, corporate climate disclosures, and federal economic and demographic data accuracy and objectivity. Before joining the House Committee on Oversight and Reform, Max served as a senior policy advisor for former Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-NY).

Max is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
