Tom Keefe is responsible for designing and implementing solutions to meet the operational needs of the firm’s clients and team members. He solves problems and improves systems and processes that allow day-to-day operations to run smoothly, including human resources, technology, compliance, and professional development.

Before joining Invariant, Tom was the operations manager at The Campaign Workshop (TCW), a political consulting and marketing firm where he was a lead project manager overseeing more than 800 projects for 80 clients in his three-year tenure. He also modernized TCW’s client and job databases, revamped the firm’s hiring practices, and created a formal onboarding process.

Tom served as a press assistant and digital media manager for Senator Gary Peters (D-MI), where he worked on rapid response communications and social media. In 2016, he worked on Roy Cooper’s successful gubernatorial campaign in North Carolina as part of a record-setting finance team. Before entering politics, Tom spent five years working for Montgomery County Public Schools as an athletic administrator and coaching high school sports.

Tom graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
